Development Director

Role Purpose: Work with the CEO, Board of Directors and other volunteers, to plan and implement a comprehensive development plan for short and long-term revenue growth.

The development plan will include strategies for resource development, including major gifts, corporate donations, grant solicitation, and in-kind resources.

Spring & Summer Interns

Hope Reins is seeking caring students interested in an internship in the nonprofit sector. Hope Reins internships are dually purposed to assist in the growth and development of the ministry by increasing capacity, while offering students an opportunity to learn and contribute within several areas of the organization. Hope Reins’ interns spend majority of internship time participating in one-on-one sessions as a session leader, planning and implementing group programs, and participating in organizational projects. Interns will gain hands- on experience as they work alongside of experienced staff members in a growing non-profit organization.
