Ranch Manager

Role Purpose: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Ranch, ensuring the highest standards of excellence in safety, functionality and aesthetic for our clients.  Manage and oversee property and facility expansion and development projects to meet organizational goals, creating more opportunities for true Hope and real healing for every child.

Client Services Manager

Role Purpose: Ensure the satisfaction and care of the children and families enrolled in services at Hope Reins.  Serve as liaison between clients and the organization and manage the overall client service experience for the purpose of inspiring true Hope and real healing for every child.

Spring & Summer Interns

Hope Reins is seeking caring students interested in an internship in the nonprofit sector. Hope Reins internships are dually purposed to assist in the growth and development of the ministry by increasing capacity, while offering students an opportunity to learn and contribute within several areas of the organization. Hope Reins’ interns spend majority of internship time participating in one-on-one sessions as a session leader, planning and implementing group programs, and participating in organizational projects. Interns will gain hands- on experience as they work alongside of experienced staff members in a growing non-profit organization.
